Claims Associate

Proxy has partnered with a growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Associate to support day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry, review information for accuracy, and process payments Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including coordination with delivery services and electronic communications Maintain and organize both physical and electronic records Provide general administrative support, including phone coverage Retrieve and store files from offsite locations as needed Assist with routine office-related errands Operate a company vehicle for local deliveries and pickups, as needed Support basic coordination of company vehicle upkeep Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines Foster positive working relationships with internal team members Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred: Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel)
