Route Service Technician – Knoxville, TN
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Schedule: start at 11:00 PM | 8–9 hour shifts

Position Overview
As a Route Service Technician, you will be the “boots on the ground” for your assigned customer route. You’ll ensure our clients’ kitchens are clean, safe, and running efficiently while providing friendly, professional service. This role reports to our Knoxville office and management team.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service van; request re-orders as needed
  
• Follow Filta franchise standards and policies
  
• Use provided safety equipment and follow safe work practices at all times
  
• Arrive on time and follow your weekly route schedule
  
• Keep accurate service records for each customer
  
• Ensure client sites are clean and free from debris after each visit
  
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance on company vehicles and equipment
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly and stay up to date on service procedures
  
• Strong communication skills and credibility with clients
  
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Fluent in English and able to read a map
  
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history
  
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds consistently
  
• Comfortable working in commercial kitchens and handling hot cooking oil
