As a Business Analyst within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Dallas TX, Denver CO, Phoenix AZ or Birmingham AL.- Support fraud prevention and early warning programs through business analysis and vendor partnership activities.- Gather requirements, document user stories, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.- Partner with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to support process improvements and project delivery.- Ensure strong controls, audit readiness, and compliance through detailed analysis of business processes and customer account impacts.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
