Senior Vice President, POM Product Management

Role Summary Senior Vice President, POM Product Manager – Wealth Services Platform team. Location: New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities Full ownership of the product backlog and near‑term roadmap, ensuring proper refinement, prioritization, and grooming. Agile ceremony ownership across POD, including tracking velocity and identifying efficiencies. Ownership of user stories, refinement process, and stakeholder management through ongoing collaboration and updates. Ownership of technical design decisions, product performance monitoring, and tracking and analyzing key product metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business management or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 8–10+ years of product experience, creating strategic roadmaps and working with cross‑functional teams in a highly matrixed environment. Experience in the financial industry preferred. Proven experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds. Experience managing daily technical and design direction. Experience working with a Wealth Service Platform, Portfolio Management, and/or Trading. Benefits and Compensation Base salary $126,000–$228,000 per year at commencement, with potential commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
