NOW HIRING: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our compassionate team. As the ADON, you will play a critical role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Key Responsibilities:Assist in the management of the nursing department to ensure quality care and compliance with all regulations
Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
Ensure resident assessments, treatments, and documentation are completed accurately and timely
Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for patient care needs
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent resident care
Active RN license in New Jersey
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care
