Clinical Training Manager

To support internal and external training activities, the full-time Clinical Training Manager will develop and maintain clinician training programs, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with clinical quality standards in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and maintain clinician training and calibration programs, including materials and schedules Monitor clinician performance and identify training gaps to ensure clinical quality standards are met Lead training sessions and provide clinical consultation and feedback to clinicians and site raters Required qualifications Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field 5+ years of clinical experience with psychiatric or neurocognitive disorders 3+ years of training experience preferred Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Demonstrated leadership and training/facilitation skills
