Quality Control Specialist

Position Summary The Warehouse Quality Control Associate ensures customer and transfer order accuracy before shipment. This role uses RF scanners to conduct quality audits, operates a sit-down forklift to move staged pallets, and maintains accurate inventory records in warehouse systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Audit picked orders against transfer documents using RF scanners; identify and resolve item, quantity, or shipping discrepancies before release.

• Warehouse Operations: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and wrap pallets; adhere to safety standards and maintain an organized workspace.

• Inventory & Systems: Log inspection results, assist with cycle counts, and use Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipping data.

Qualifications

• Required: Prior warehouse experience in order picking, transfer order verification, and RF scanner use; basic computer skills (including Excel); strong attention to detail; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long shifts.

• Preferred: Sit-down forklift experience/certification, SAP warehouse software experience, and a background in inventory control or quality assurance.

salary: $23 - $24 per hour
