All Star Physical Therapy is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. This is a full-time, split position between our Fallbrook and Temecula Parkway locations. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment About Compensation: $35 - $38/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $2500 sign on bonus.
