StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with a highly respected value-based primary care organization to recruit an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This outpatient opportunity offers a senior-focused patient population, interdisciplinary support, academic teaching opportunities, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships in a collaborative, team-based care model.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
Minimum three years of experience in senior care, primary care, or post-acute care preferred
Outpatient-only practice focused on value-based, senior-centered care
Collaborate with APPs, RN care coordinators, social workers, and behavioral health professionals
Opportunity to supervise advanced practice providers
Experience managing complex patient populations and quality-based outcomes preferred
Familiarity with value-based care, risk adjustment, and senior-heavy patient panels highly desired
Clinical autonomy with panel ownership in a supported care-team environment
