Marketing Assistant
Join a growing plant-based food and content company that makes whole-food soups, sauces, salsas, and spice blends with no salt, oil, or sugar, and shares its mission with an active YouTube and social community. You will keep the online store, content, and community running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Shopify product pages, collections, and bundles, including images, descriptions, and inventory
- Optimize YouTube videos with metadata, tags, end screens, and playlists
- Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while responding to community comments
- Maintain interconnected databases for products, content, and campaigns, and track promotions and giveaways
- Handle customer inquiries about shipping, products, and memberships in Gorgias
Qualifications
Required
- No specific experience required
Preferred
- Experience managing a Shopify store or supporting a YouTube channel
