Key Responsibilities Customer Service Assist customers with questions and general account needs. Provide friendly and professional service. Direct customers to the appropriate department when needed. Clerical Support Enter and update customer information in computer systems. Maintain files and organize paperwork. Complete basic office tasks and data entry. Payments & Loan Assistance Process customer payments accurately. Provide receipts and maintain payment records. Assist customers with basic loan application forms and collect required documents. Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, bending Experience Required Customer service or office experience helpful but not required. Work Schedule
8:00AM - 5:00PM
