Project Executive – Farmington, PASeeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead complex, multi-unit capital, construction, and renovation projects across the country. This role directly supports ownership.Project Executive – Benefits and Compensation:Competitive base salary up to $200,000, commensurate with experienceAnnual performance-based bonus (up to $50K)Full relocation assistance packageComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and employee perksProject Executive – Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field required, with 8+ years of progressive experience in large-scale commercial and residential projectsProven success managing multiple concurrent projects, including renovations, capital improvements, and cross-functional initiativesStrong expertise in budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, vendor coordination, and project management softwareAbility to work on-site in a remote environment with travel as needed for nationwide projectsMust Haves:Lead full lifecycle of projects, including planning, resourcing, scheduling, and execution across multiple propertiesOversee renovations, expansions, and infrastructure improvements across buildings, venues, and guest-facing outletsCommunicate timelines, risks, and progress updates to ownership and senior leadershipManage vendor bidding, contracts, and on-site execution while minimizing operational disruptionProject Executive – Preferred Background & Skills:Experience running projects from concept through completion in both commercial and residential environmentsBackground overseeing multi-building renovations, new builds, and large-scale capital projectsExposure to capital planning and long-term property development strategiesPMP, CAPM, Lean, or similar certifications with strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders
