Servpro of Colorado Springs SE is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager ! As the front‑line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Reconstruction Project Manager demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. Pay Rate: Salary $75k-90k + Bonus opportunities. Position: Reconstruction Project Manager. Benefits 401(k) Company car (provided during working hours) Health insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance) Bonus based on performance Weekly Pay Schedule PTO & Sick Pay Key Responsibilities Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction. Manage the construction team and secure all necessary permits. Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements. Ensure all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements. Ensure proper documentation of each project, including photos, contracts, change orders, etc. Negotiate terms and set clear expectations with customers and clients. Position Requirements Previous residential construction management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Minimum 3-5 years of managing residential construction. Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability. Effective written and oral communication. High school diploma/GED. Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat and cold. Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time (e.g., driving, sitting, climbing). Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights. Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud.
