Digital Product Operations Manager (Connected Products / Wearables Content)

Location: Kissimmee/Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote
Type: 6 months Contract (W2), potential to extend or convert to FTE
Pay: 70-75/hr W2

Position Summary

The Digital Product Operations Manager partners with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Digital Product teams to deliver high-quality content and communications across websites, mobile applications, connected products, internal communications, and guest-facing materials.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, content strategy expertise, and an understanding of consumer-facing digital experiences. The ideal candidate can translate business objectives into actionable digital initiatives while driving content delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Content Management (Connected Products & Mobile Experiences)

• Lead content strategy, planning, and execution for connected product programs, including wearable technology and mobile companion experiences.
• Manage content across multiple business lines and customer touchpoints.
• Oversee delivery of:
  • Marketing landing pages
  • Support content
  • FAQs and help resources
  • App marketing and educational content
  • In-app promotional elements (tiles, banners, calls-to-action, etc.)
• Ensure content aligns with brand, regulatory, operational, and user experience requirements.

Content Delivery, Optimization & Analytics

• Identify content and marketing opportunities that support business goals.
• Align strategy and secure approvals from key stakeholders including Marketing, Communications, Commercial, and Legal teams.
• Establish project timelines and guide content through launch readiness.
• Facilitate stakeholder updates, working sessions, and launch communications.
• Define KPI requirements, dashboards, and success metrics.
• Create ongoing performance reviews and optimization plans.
• Partner with analytics teams to develop A/B testing strategies and measurement frameworks to improve engagement and conversion.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a primary point of accountability for collaborative initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations and digital best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Ensure initiatives align with broader digital product and business strategies.

Requirements Definition & Project Execution

• Translate marketing concepts into detailed business requirements and execution plans.
• Create project briefs outlining:
  • Objectives
  • Strategy
  • Target audience
  • Business context
  • Execution considerations
• Convert research findings and business insights into clear recommendations and prioritization frameworks.
• Develop or oversee business requirements documentation.
• Drive projects to successful delivery while managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Escalate business, scope, budget, or strategic risks when necessary.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with Creative, Production, Product, and Technology teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined business and digital experience.
• Experience managing technical, user, and business challenges within a fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at the manager level and above.
• Experience working across large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative, ownership, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with digital products, mobile applications, or technology platforms.
• Experience supporting connected products, wearable technology, or mobile companion experiences.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Understanding of retail, promotional, or e-commerce marketing strategies.
• Experience with analytics, KPI reporting, and A/B testing methodologies.
