Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls Onsite

Finance Program Controls AnalystRaytheon's Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst to support the Mission Support & Operations (MSO) portfolio. The selected candidates will support Taurus program, a new contract awarded in May 2026 with a 2-year period of performance and anticipate follow-on opportunities.This role reports directly to the IEO Finance lead and is responsible for core financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets, cost accounting and financial reporting. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual to contribute to program success as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company.The position offers a mix of independent work and cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Business Management, and other functional partners. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, efficiency, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality results.What You Will DoPerform program budgeting, scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and overall financial supportDevelopment of quarterly EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) dataPrepare and support financial Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for customer submittalsCreate program review materials for Raytheon leadership and Government customersSupport organization and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulationAssist with manpower planning, forecasting, and reporting activitiesProvide PMO and CAMs with internal cost and schedule performance reportsConduct ad-hoc analysis, data integrity reviews, and validations related to program financialsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experienceExperience with Microsoft ExcelActive TS/SCI security clearanceActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
