Digital Services/Reprographics Assistant

A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Digital Services/Reprographics Assistant to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in high-volume document production who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Print and copy large-volume legal and business documents
• Scan documents and perform OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to create searchable PDFs
• Convert documents between multiple file formats
• Create trial notebooks, exhibit binders, presentation materials, and closing binders
• Perform various binding methods, including spiral, velo, and coil binding
• Produce CDs, DVDs, and flash drives
• Support large-scale litigation and transaction printing projects
• Operate and maintain high-volume production printers, copiers, and scanners
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and within tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• 25 years of experience in document production, reprographics, digital services, print production, copy center operations, or a similar role
• Experience with high-volume printing, scanning, OCR, and PDF creation
• Experience creating trial notebooks, exhibit binders, or presentation materials is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus, but not required
