Business Execution Consultant / Procedures Review / Hybrid / Contract

Our client, a global banking and financial services leader , is hiring for a contract Business Execution Consultant 3. This is a hybrid position that can sit in either Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, or Minneapolis, MN.

This role will be on a team responsible for procedure governance of over 7,000 artifacts across Commercial Banking Operations. The Senior Business Execution Consultant will provide editorial leadership and governance of procedural artifacts, while leading the development of AI-enabled solutions that drive clarity, consistency, and usability.

This individual must have experience leading an evidence-based QA transformation by designing and executing a defensible, repeatable procedure quality methodology, evaluating and elevating procedure quality through rigorous assessment against governance requirements, and leading AI solution development by driving requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled tools that support procedure authoring and objective quality evaluation.

Contract Duration: 12 Months, Potential to Convert to Full-Time

In this role, you will:

• Facilitate quality assurance (QA) reviews using established quality metrics.
• Evaluate procedural content against governance standards and provide clear, actionable solutions to improve document quality.
• Partner with document owners, writers, and stakeholders to strengthen documentation quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple workstreams to support QA reviews across multiple business groups.
• Provide training for writers on developing content and using various AI tools.
• Lead development of AI-enabled solutions to author procedures and evaluate quality.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of procedure writing experience.
• 2+ years of editorial experience.
• Experience, knowledge and interest in AI and supporting its adoption.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Commercial Banking Operations experience.
• AI prompt engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work on a diverse team who are geographically dispersed across multiple time zones found in the US, India, and Philippines.
