We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team for a flexible, part-time position supporting students across our district. This role offers a manageable caseload, competitive compensation, and schedule flexibility across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
Position Highlights
Manageable Caseload: Serving approximately 25–30 students total across the district.
Part-Time Schedule: 3 days per week.
High School: 7:10 AM – 2:04 PM
Middle School: 7:55 AM – 2:48 PM
Elementary Schools (2 sites): 8:45 AM – 3:37 PM
Collaborative Environment: Work alongside supportive district staff, administrators, and special education teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct direct therapy sessions in accordance with IEP guidelines.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and required documentation.
Provide support across four school sites (2 elementary, 1 middle school, 1 high school).
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus.
