We partner with many of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and our team includes leaders from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, FanDuel, Compass, Airbnb, Forter and beyond.We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive (contract) Recruiting Coordinator to support and accelerate our hiring efforts across the company. This role sits at the intersection of candidate experience, recruiting operations, and early-stage sourcing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people-facing work and behind-the-scenes execution. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process while also helping build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles. This role will have a 4-5 day onsite requirement.Recruiting CoordinationOwn interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewersServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview processManage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback in the ATSPrepare interviewers with schedules, materials, and guidanceSupport offer logistics, including reference checks and coordination with HR or People OpsContinuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and candidate communicationsSourcing & Pipeline BuildingSource candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channelsConduct initial outreach and screening conversations as neededBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or high-priority rolesPartner with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and candidate profilesTrack and report on sourcing activity and pipeline healthRecruiting Operations & ProjectsSupport recruiting initiatives such as employer branding, referral programs, and recruiting eventsHelp analyze recruiting metrics (time to hire, pipeline conversion, candidate experience)Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, tools, and candidate experienceAssist with ad hoc recruiting projects as the team scalesWhat We're Looking For1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related role (experience level flexible)Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple roles and stakeholders at onceClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsExperience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or similar platformsFamiliarity with Ashby, Linkedin and JuiceboxA candidate-first mindset with high attention to detailAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentNice to HaveExperience sourcing for technical, sales, or customer-facing rolesExposure to high-growth or startup environmentsInterest in growing into a full-cycle recruiter role over timeComfort working with data, metrics, or process optimizationNot all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that's ok!
