This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to accelerate their career in technology sales, with unlimited earning potential and the backing of a global industry leader. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop into a trusted technology advisor, helping clients transform their business through innovative IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of Xerox's IT service offerings and infrastructure solutions. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and competitive differentiators. Build and manage your own book of business, driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within Salesforce. Proactively prospect, qualify, and engage with new customers, presenting tailored IT solutions. Prepare professional and compelling proposals, analyses, comparisons, and reports for clients. Execute effective sales strategies, including alternative approaches to secure business meetings. Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship building. Negotiate profitable agreements and manage customer expectations throughout the sales cycle. Stay current with training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Xerox IT solutions. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development. Experience in the IT industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills & Attributes Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite. Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Resilient and optimistic with the ability to overcome challenges. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
