Job Description Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) Miami, FL – On Site / Full Time We are a fast-growing international technology company focused on wholesale computers, electronics, recycling, logistics, and international operations across the United States and Latin America. We are looking for a highly organized, fast-moving, and execution-oriented Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us aggressively grow our team. We are looking for someone who loves recruiting, sourcing candidates, moving fast, solving problems, and helping build teams in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms Source candidates aggressively using Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting channels Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews Coordinate interviews with managers Maintain recruiting pipelines and follow-ups Help improve hiring speed and recruiting processes Coordinate onboarding for new hires Assist with hiring for: Sales Purchasing Warehouse Operations Customer Service Tech positions Management roles Requirements Fluent English (required) Spanish preferred 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting in the U.S. Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and move quickly Experience using: Indeed LinkedIn ZipRecruiter Google Workspace Excel / Google Sheets Ideal Candidate Fast executor Highly organized Proactive Strong follow-up skillsComfortable in a fast-paced environment Solution-oriented Recruitment-focused mindset Startup mentality Compensation $20–$25 per hour (depending on experience) Performance bonuses per successful hire Long-term growth opportunity Important We are looking for someone who can execute quickly, recruit aggressively, and help us scale our operations efficiently.
