Position: Service Valet Coordinator

Position Type: Full time

Hours: 7:30 AM- 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Summary: The Service Valet Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of valet services for the dealership's service, sales, and parts departments. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting and exceeding BMW Standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the timely pickup and delivery of clients' vehicles, managing a team of about 16 valet drivers.
2. Supervise valet drivers during their downtime, assigning additional tasks as necessary to support dealership operations.
3. Ensure all valet drivers understand and fulfill their responsibilities consistently.
4. Maintain accurate records of vehicle check-ins and check-outs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for reporting purposes.
5. Exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional valet services.
6. Collaborate closely with the service and sales departments to prioritize client needs.
7. Ensure all shuttle vehicles meet safety standards and are in good working condition.
8. Coordinate with dispatch office for necessary vehicle maintenance, ensuring uninterrupted valet services.
