Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage pre‑litigation cases in the area of Lemon Law. Evaluate statute of limitations for new matters. Audit newly signed cases for completeness. Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective strategies. Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships. Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements. Provide counsel and support to clients throughout the pre‑litigation process. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments. NOT required to bring in or build your own new clients. Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the [State] Bar. Ability to handle an aggressive caseload. Thorough and detailed organization skills.
