As an Assistant Merchant, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting the launch of upcoming collaborations, seasonal product, and curated store assortments. You'll partner closely with merchant leads and cross-functional teams to bring unique projects to life from start to finish helping organize assortments, manage product details, and keep initiatives on track. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who is eager to gain hands-on merchandising experience and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist merchant leads in organizing assortments aligned with the overall department strategy
• Track sample progress and maintain accurate style and SKU details across our platforms
• Place Purchase Orders and special project requests across all systems
• Help prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and project status updates while partnering closely with cross-functional teams
• Maintain organized project documentation, including but not limited to calendars, trackers, and decks
• Prepare and analyze line sheets, selling recaps, and additional merchandising tools to support business decisions

Qualifications:

Required

• 12 years of experience in a project coordination, merchandising assistant, or retail operations role
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
• A proactive communicator who consistently follows through on tasks
• Comfortable working in Microsoft platforms and basic project management tools
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• A genuine interest in fashion merchandising and collaborations, with the ability to identify product opportunities and a willingness to become an expert within the competitive landscape
• Internship or hands-on experience in merchandising
• Exposure to wholesale operations or wholesale merchandising

Hourly Range: $25.48 - $29.74
