UX Researcher

Key features will simplify how parents sign children up for sports, providing streamlined access to teams, leagues, and opportunities. The platform will be free to download, with revenue generated through advertisements and premium features, and the upcoming website launch will give early access to this growing global community. Role Description The UX Strategy Lead Intern (US residents only) will support the design and strategic direction of the Sports Excitement user experience for both web and mobile platforms. This remote internship role involves researching user needs, mapping user journeys, and helping define information architecture and navigation to create intuitive experiences for athletes, families, and fans. The intern will collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to translate business goals into UX strategies, wireframes, and user flows. Daily tasks may include gathering and analyzing user feedback, assisting with usability testing, documenting UX recommendations, and contributing to feature prioritization and product roadmaps. The role also includes preparing presentations and briefs that communicate UX insights and strategy to stakeholders and supporting continuous improvement as new features are planned and launched. Qualifications Ability to conduct user research and gather insights through methods such as interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis. Skills in user experience strategy, including creating user journeys, personas, and UX roadmaps aligned with business goals. Competence in wireframing and prototyping using common design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to visualize concepts and flows. Understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles for web and mobile products. Familiarity with usability testing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve user experiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting UX recommendations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Product Design, Psychology, or a related field. Interest in sports, digital communities, or social platforms, with enthusiasm for building engaging user experiences. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience with product management concepts or agile workflows is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
