Senior Residential Construction Project ManagerThe Senior Residential Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading complex residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution while ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionManage multiple residential construction projects from contract award through final completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plansCoordinate all phases of construction including pre-construction, procurement, permitting, construction, and closeoutMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, or qualityBudget & Financial ManagementDevelop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reportsMonitor job costs, commitments, and profitability throughout constructionManage client selections, allowances, and budget impactPre-Construction ManagementAssist with estimating, scope development, and project planningReview drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction documentsIdentify potential risks, constructability issues, and scheduling challengesSubcontractor & Vendor ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliersNegotiate scopes of work, pricing, and schedulesManage subcontractor performance and accountabilityQuality Control & Risk ManagementEnsuring construction meets company standards, architectural plans, and client expectationsConduct regular site visits and quality reviewsCoordinate with Superintendents to address field issuesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary contact for homeowners throughout the construction processLead client meetings and provide project updatesManage expectations regarding schedule, budget, selections, and changesAddress client concerns professionally and efficientlyLeadership & Team DevelopmentMentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staffImprove company processes, systems, and project delivery methodsProvide leadership in project planning and execution strategiesSupport company growth through operational improvementsQualifications8–15+ years of residential construction project management experienceExperience managing custom homes, luxury residential projects, or high-end renovationsStrong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and sequencingBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related fieldFor additional information on this opportunity, contact Becca directly on View phone number on click.appcast.io.
