What You'll Do
- Provide primary care to patients with diverse health needs
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses following best practices
- Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with support staff including RNs, LVNs, and behavioral health professionals
- Educate patients on preventive care and treatment options
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and licensing requirements
What You Need
Required:- CA Medical License
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Fluency in Spanish or medical Spanish preferred
- DEA license in good standing
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Certified
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
