About the Position

Join a growing, mission-driven value-based care organization as a part-time Adult Primary Care Physician in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, California. This opportunity offers an exceptional balance of professional fulfillment and lifestyle flexibility, with a 4-day work week totaling 30 hours.

As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical environment focused on prevention, quality outcomes, and building meaningful relationships with patients.

Position Highlights

• Part-Time Schedule: 4-day work week, 30 hours per week
• Compensation: $253,643.00-$380,464.00 annually, plus bonus eligibility
• Quarterly Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings
• Long-Term Incentive Eligible: Eligible physicians may participate in the Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization's success
• Day-One PTO: 160 hours

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related Primary Care specialty
• Active DEA license
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, preventive, and value-based care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
