Clinical Research Associate II

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Clinical Research Associate II to monitor clinical study activities and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and study protocols. The role involves overseeing study preparation, site management, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance for assigned trials.
Responsibilities
- Supervise study preparation, site preparation, and in-clinic phases directly or through CRO
- Ensure GCP and company SOP adherence throughout clinical programs
- Serve as liaison with clinical vendors and cross-functional team members
- Coordinate trial components including drug supplies, budgets, and vendor negotiations
- Monitor clinical sites in field and collect, review, track essential trial documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare field, or registered nurse certification
- 3+ years as clinical research associate or field monitor, including big pharma or CRO experience
- Knowledge of clinical trials process, SOPs, and medical terminology
- Proficiency with GCP regulatory requirements and drug product supply chain
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and computer applications
Compensation: $129,400
