Now Hiring: Warehouse Order Picker / Shipper! Weekly Pay $19-20/hr

Responsibilities

• Pick and fulfill customer orders for light-weight medical cleaning supplies, including brushes, wire brushes, gloves, and other related products, typically up to approximately 35 pounds.
• Consistently meet daily productivity expectations by picking approximately 220–230 order lines per day and walking significant distances throughout the shift.
• Use an RF scan gun to accurately locate, pick, and verify products, ensuring correct items and quantities for each order.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, handling incoming and outgoing shipments with care.
• Process outbound shipments, including preparing packages, printing labels, and completing shipment steps using carriers such as FedEx.
• Receive incoming materials, verify packing lists, and ensure products are accurately recorded and stored in the correct locations.
• Inspect incoming orders and materials for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damage.
• Perform packaging duties, including packing orders securely, labeling boxes, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Use basic computer skills to navigate systems.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, consistently walking 10,000+ steps per day and maintaining productivity targets such as picking around 250 lines per day when needed.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience performing order picking or order fulfillment, or equivalent retail order fulfillment experience (for example, working in a retail environment performing order picking or fulfillment like Target)
• 6 months of hands-on RF scan gun experience, including scanning products for picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including walking 10,000+ steps per day and consistently meeting order picking targets of approximately 220–250 lines per day.
• Basic computer skills, including simple navigation, email usage, internet browsing, and working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, labeling, and processing orders.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with coworkers.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean, organized, and well-maintained warehouse facility designed to support efficient and comfortable work. The environment is described as very nice and laid back, with a culture that emphasizes teamwork and a strong work ethic when tasks need to be completed. You will work Monday through Friday, rotating every two weeks between an 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule for picking and a 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule for ship lanes. The facility’s organized layout and clean conditions support efficient order picking, shipping, and receiving activities while providing a comfortable, team-focused work setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Eden Prairie,MN.
