Job Overview

• The Training Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of corporate learning programs.
• This role manages training logistics, participant coordination, and communication with trainers and global learning teams.
• Ensures smooth delivery of onsite and virtual training programs while maintaining accurate tracking and administrative processes

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training sessions based on client requirements.
• Ensures smooth coordination between trainers, vendors, trainees, and internal teams.
• Supports effective delivery of training programs across multiple locations.
• Analyze client training needs and determine required training sessions per course and site.
• Act as the point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors.
• Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, or cancellation.
• Organize training sessions based on trainee availability and ensure smooth execution.
• Share instructor details with site security when required.
• Communicate training session openings and updates to employees.
• Coordinate with the offsite team for program updates or changes.
• Follow up on attendance and support invoicing processes.
• Ensure adherence to workflow and processes through CRM tools.
• Coordinate with training organizations, master vendors, and offsite teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
• Experience in training coordination, program management, or administrative roles.
