Role Description This full-time Clinical Specialist role is an on-site position based in Atlanta, GA. The Clinical Specialist will support the clinical quality and safety of resident care by providing hands-on guidance to care teams, monitoring adherence to clinical protocols, and assisting with assessments and care planning. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with medical providers and internal teams, reviewing clinical documentation, and identifying opportunities for improvement in resident outcomes. The role involves delivering training and education to staff on best practices, supporting implementation of clinical programs, and participating in quality initiatives and audits. The Clinical Specialist will also contribute to data collection, basic clinical research efforts, and reporting to inform evidence-based improvements in care. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear documentation, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and professional interaction with residents and families. Relevant Medicine and clinical care knowledge, with experience applying clinical guidelines in a residential or healthcare setting. Training and education skills to coach staff, deliver in-service sessions, and support ongoing competency development. Research and Clinical Research capabilities for data collection, analysis of clinical outcomes, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Current clinical license or certification (e.g., RN, LPN/LVN, or equivalent) in good standing, as required by role and local regulations. Experience in senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare environment is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer applications. Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility to support varying shifts and operational needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
