• The work schedule runs Monday through Friday, featuring four days focused on endoscopy, one day in the clinic, along with light hospital consultations and rounding. The call schedule is manageable. You will benefit from a strong support system with seasoned staff, quick room turnover, Epic EMR, and a solid referral network.
• This position is within a nonprofit community hospital recognized nationally by the Chartis Center for Rural Health and the National Rural Health Association, consistently ranked among the Top 20. It is also a site eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

• The compensation package features a base salary of $600K, along with incentives based on production, quality, retention, and patient experience.
