Riverside Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Structural Heart Cardiology team at Riverside Cardiology Specialists in Newport News, Virginia. Join our heart team at Riverside!

Your Role:

Work MondayFriday in both inpatient and outpatient settings, partnering closely with our Structural Heart and Electrophysiology physicians. Weekend coverage is scheduled as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior cardiology experience or a strong cardiac nursing background
• Familiarity with TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, PFO/ASD procedures
• Experience with cardiac registries is a plus

• Stress Testing
• SPECT Myocardial Perfusion Imaging

Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner:

• Master's in Nursing
• NP License & Certification
• FNPs must have a cardiology subspecialty for hospital rounding

Physician Assistant:

• Master's Degree
• PA License

Required:

• Current Virginia medical license (or eligibility)
• DEA registration
• Commitment to professional excellence
