Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our collaborative and mission-driven team in Newport News / Hampton, Virginia.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient practice with inpatient coverage responsibilities
• No weekend call responsibilities
• Collaborate with 3 hospitalists, 10 outpatient physicians, and 2 advanced proceduralists
• Advanced Practice Provider support in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Strong primary care referral base
• Epic EMR system
• Teaching opportunities with Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine residents
• Attractive base compensation with top-end earning potential

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Successful completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology
• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Valid DEA registration
