Schedule
- M-F, 8hr days
- Rotating night + weekend call (1:6)
Scope
- Clinic + inpatient + consults
- 10 clinic/day
- inpatient/day
- Supervising 4 APCs
- EPIC
Requirements (Strict)
- AHF Fellowship
- VAD / LVAD experience
- Active VA license (in hand)
- Local physician only
- ACLS, DEA
- Clean file (temp privileges possible)
- NPDB within 30 days
Compensation
- Provider Rate: $375/hr
- OT / Callback: $400/hr
- 24hr Call: $2800
- Mileage reimbursed (local)
