Job Description Quality Technician III In this exciting role as a Quality Technician III supporting the Cardiac Ablation Solutions organization, you will be responsible for the check‑in, inspection and testing of returned product as part of the complaint handling process. The Technician will be capable of supporting complaint Product Analysis and investigations with limited supervision. He or she will exhibit an ability to interact with co‑workers in a way that facilitates sharing of information and timely resolution to complaint investigations. The technician shall be capable of using inspection and testing equipment and generating summary reports supporting the analysis results. This position is in Fridley Creek, in the Rice Creek facility within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Operating Unit and requires 5 days onsite per week. Years’ Experience Required: Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience. A Day in the Life In general, the following responsibilities apply for the Quality Technician III role. This includes, but is not limited to the: Registration of returned product within the global complaint handling database Research, resolve and respond to discrepant receipts from internal/external customers Execute product Inspection and test plans on bio‑hazard product Identify failures, potential causes, and capture the supporting objective evidence Label, package, and deliver inventories to the analysis lab Generate product analysis reports Provide support with the development of procedures, processes, tools, and techniques for performing product analysis Qualifications Must Have – Minimum Requirements High School diploma Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience; may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience Nice to Have Medical device industry experience Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU 217/745 (EU MDR) Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 60601 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Windows OS Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills and ability to work cooperatively as part of a cross‑functional team #J-18808-Ljbffr Planet Pharma
