Location: Plymouth, MN

Shift Hours:

1. 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM Monday – Thursday (10% shift differential)

Your Responsibilities:

• Calibrate, maintain, and repair test and measurement equipment across dimensional, electrical, mechanical, and temperature disciplines.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and system issues, including identifying and correcting out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Perform calibration and adjustments using approved procedures, technical manuals, and custom LabVIEW software.
• Install and modify measurement and control instrumentation on test facilities.
• Prepare accurate calibration records, reports, and certificates.
• Document calibration, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Provide technical support to team members and internal customers.
• Coordinate equipment downtime and maintenance activities with facility and engineering teams.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and standards.

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
• Related experience (preferred)
• Associates degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

The typical hourly pay for this position ranges from $28.61 to $47.04 in Minnesota along with a 10% shift differential. Pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role also includes a $5,000 sign on bonus!
