Specialty Development Executive - Genetics and Women's Health/IVF (Long Beach and South LA, CA)

Labcorp seeks a Specialty Development Executive to sell laboratory testing services to genetics and women's healthcare providers in Long Beach and South Los Angeles. The role focuses on building client relationships, managing a sales territory, and achieving revenue targets within reproductive medicine and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory testing services to IVF clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, hospitals, and reference labs
• Build and execute annual business plans with quarterly updates and quarterly sales forecasts
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline through prospecting and cold calling activities
• Conduct in-service training and implementation support with physician and clinical staff
• Manage territory accounts and retain existing customer base while identifying new opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years medical outside sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience selling women's health, genetics, or laboratory diagnostics
• Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight stays
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 base, plus bonus and commission eligibility
