Maintenance Supervisor RESPONSIBLITIES: Responsible for performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling and corrective action when situations dictate. Responsible for maintenance department safety, quality, production and delivery objectives in his/her area of responsibility. Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to support production jobs. Responsible for managing the preventive maintenance schedules. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Applied Science in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of six (6) years as a maintenance supervisor preferred, and one (1) year of management experience. Knowledge of manufacturing, welding and/or assembly processes as required for the position. First Shift 6a-2p Third Shift 10p-6a This full-time, salary role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Technical Services Manager.
