Equipment Operator Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent business in the Carroll, Ohio area, is seeking equipment operators to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing! Equipment Operator Job Summary: • Pay: Salary • Shifts Available: o 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (this is a direct hire opportunity) • Safely operate a variety of equipment such as skid steers, excavators, forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other machinery. Load and unload equipment for customer pickup and delivery. Perform deliveries and pickups to customer job sites, ensuring proper securing of equipment during transport. Demonstrate proper operation and safety procedures to customers at the time of rental or delivery. Inspect equipment before and after rentals to identify damage, wear, or needed maintenance. Perform basic preventative maintenance (e.g., checking fluid levels, cleaning equipment, minor repairs). Maintain a clean, organized yard and work area. Complete required documentation (inspection reports, delivery logs, rental checklists). Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures. Assist customers with equipment selection and basic troubleshooting when needed. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or incidents promptly to management. Equipment Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous equipment operator or heavy machinery experience required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs. repeatedly
