As our company continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive  Production Manager to join our team in  Dania Beach, FL .

Role Overview

The  Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all active construction projects from the point of handover from Sales through final punch list completion and closeout.

This is a  full-time, office-based leadership role focused on high-level organization, scheduling, cross-departmental communication, subcontractor accountability, and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate is an operational driver who keeps every project moving forward, anticipates bottlenecks before they happen, and takes full ownership of production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Onboarding & Review: Review incoming projects to ensure contracts, scopes of work, architectural plans, material selections, permit documentation, and deposits are complete prior to launch.
• Master Scheduling & Tracking: Build and continuously monitor master project schedules to prevent downtime, ensure material lead times align with field schedules, and keep jobs moving toward on-time delivery.
• Field & Team Management: Lead, manage, and hold Project Managers, Field Supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors accountable for performance, schedule adherence, and quality control.
• Permitting & Inspections Oversight: Track permit applications, plan revisions, and municipal approvals. Ensure field inspections are scheduled at appropriate milestones and passed before subsequent work proceeds.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the central communication hub between project managers, office staff, trades, vendors, architects, engineers, and permitting officials.
• Financial Oversight & Budget Tracking: Collaborate with Accounting to monitor customer payment schedules, subcontractor draws, change orders, extra work orders, material costs, and overall project margins.
• Client Experience: Ensure clients receive consistent, transparent status updates and that all critical client communications are documented in company systems.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify delays and site issues early. Take decisive, independent action to resolve challenges in the field or office before escalating to ownership.
• Departmental Leadership: Conduct regular production meetings, maintain active priority tracking across all live jobs, and push projects through punch lists, final inspections, and closeout.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of residential construction experience required.
• Field Expertise: Deep, hands-on understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, sequences, and trade practices (specifically kitchen, bath, additions, and full-home remodeling).
• Management Track Record: Proven history in construction management, overseeing 10+ simultaneous residential projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership & Accountability: Strong leadership presence with a track record of holding field personnel and subcontractors accountable to quality, budget, and schedule standards.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities. We are seeking a  solution-oriented leader , not a messenger who simply reports problems to ownership.
• Organizational Skills: Highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Work Location & Schedule

• Work Location: In-Office at our Dania Beach, FL headquarters.
• Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday).
