May involve actual construction and/or project management, supervising and coordinating work of contractorsJanitorial - Manage company standards in keeping multiple facility locations clean, safe, and well maintainedLawn & Facility Grounds Care - Maintain area grounds for all facilitiesSnow Removal - Manage a snow removal plan at all facilitiesFleet Management - Oversees and evaluates repairs and maintenance completed on company owned vehiclesStrategic Planning - Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives; calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money and manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.
