About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to provide strategic leadership and direction for its nationwide sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the brand's sales strategy, field execution, and revenue performance, with a focus on delivering sustainable growth, strong margins, and a consistent customer experience. This role requires a senior sales leader who can translate corporate growth objectives into disciplined execution, using data and analytics to improve sales productivity, and ensuring adherence to selling standards and performance expectations. The Vice President of Sales will also be instrumental in talent acquisition, training, and development, as well as in driving the demand-generation and lead-flow strategy in partnership with the marketing team. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 12-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in a multi-location, direct-to-consumer environment. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving top-line growth, improving close rates and margins, and building strong sales leadership teams. Strong financial and business acumen, as well as the ability to analyze and translate sales metrics into action plans, are essential. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in large-scale B2C sales organizations, particularly with in-home and one-call-close sales models, and a strong understanding of lead-flow management. Superior communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills at the executive level are required, along with a field-leadership mindset and proficiency in CRM/sales-performance platforms.
