Executive Director – Before & After School Care Hours: Full-time 35 hours weekly (primarily afternoons) Compensation: Based on experience Reports to: Board of Trustees Wyoming Before & After School Care is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to lead our childcare program serving elementary-aged children. This role includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling family communication, and ensuring a safe, enriching environment for students. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise program staff Oversee enrollment and licensing compliance Communicate with families and school personnel Manage billing and budgets Be onsite during after-school hours (2:30–6:00 PM) and flexible in mornings as needed Qualifications Degree in education or related field preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Must meet state health and background check requirements Benefits 15 PTO days, SERS retirement plan, no health insurance provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
