At Watermelon Swim, we believe teaching someone to swim is more than a life skill—it's a lifesaving gift. Our mission is to build a community of safer swimmers by increasing confidence and reducing risk in and around water.

As a Best Place to Work, we're looking for enthusiastic, dependable  swim instructors who want to make a difference in their community. No swim instructor experience? No problem! We provide paid training and ongoing support.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 45 days of hire
• Available at least two weekday evenings and one weekend day
• Comfortable in the water
