Performance Analyst

Responsibilities Calculate and verify portfolio returns and characteristics. Produce investment measurement reports that provide important insights into the performance of client portfolios. Calculate returns using custodial statements. Reconcile returns with investment managers. Obtain client information from investment managers/recordkeepers. Generate portfolio characteristics. Verify dividends and capital changes. Interact with clients and consultants on report content. Check returns and analysis for content and reasonability. Respond to special requests. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, statistics, mathematics, or related degree. 0-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in finance or the investment industry. New college graduates are encouraged to apply. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. Have a familiarity/interest in the institutional investment market. Be self-motivated, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting numerous deadlines.
