We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, technical business environment. This is an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced CSR who enjoys problem-solving, learning technical systems, and delivering high-quality customer support.

This role is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of customer service experience , preferably in a technical or B2B setting , who are strong communicators and quick learners.

What You’ll Do

Support customers via phone and email in a high-volume environment
Troubleshoot customer questions using strong critical-thinking skills
Prepare accurate quotes, orders, and documentation
Clearly explain technical processes and requirements to customers
Take detailed notes and document all interactions in an internal CRM
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of customer service experience (technical environment preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent note-taking habits
Naturally curious — asks good questions and thinks through problems
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools
Experience working with CRM platforms or internal databases
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
