Vice President, Service Lines - Transplant

The Vice President of Transplant Service Line leads the operational, financial, and clinical performance of the transplant service line under the direction of the SVP of Strategy & Service Lines. The role requires expertise in strategic market growth, clinical operations, P&L responsibility, and change management, with a focus on optimizing service line quality, cost, and efficiency. This role is responsible for advancing the hospital's transplant programs by expanding services, improving patient outcomes, and optimizing resources. The VP will collaborate with transplant surgeons, physicians, and healthcare teams to enhance the quality and efficiency of transplant operations. The position requires expertise in transplant regulations, program development, and driving growth in both volume and market share. The VP will also ensure regulatory compliance and foster innovation in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business (MBA), or other related field required.
• Ten (10) years progressive professional experience in healthcare setting with at least six (6) of those years in a formal Leadership role with direct reports.
• Five (5) years service line experience in management, strategy, and / or operations.
• Demonstrated success in building and operating a system-wide service line with P&L accountability.
