What You ll Do:

• Provide expert leadership for the ENT division aligned with strategic growth goals
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations
• Deliver personalized, minimally invasive surgical care and manage complex ENT cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including cancer care partnerships with The Cleveland Clinic
• Lead and mentor a team of four surgeons and two advanced practice providers
• Drive innovation in surgical and clinical practices using advanced robotic platforms
• Develop research, education, and community outreach programs
• Participate in shared call rotations supported by teams of APPs and hospital staff

What You Need:

• Current Board Eligibility or Board Certification in ENT (must be valid at the time of application)
• Experience beyond training; no recent fellowship or new graduates
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to excellence, innovation, and community service
